Mr. Preecha and Mrs. Panee Ransimanon founded Parich Fertilizer Co., Ltd. and PNR Parich Co., Ltd. The company was granted authorized distributorship rights for Ammonium Sulfate from Caprolactam Thai Public Company Limited, distributing it as a raw material to fertilizer factories nationwide.
Began building a brand for direct sales to farmers under the name "PNR", utilizing an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) production model.
Parich Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was appointed as the authorized distributor of Ammonium Sulfate for PTT Asahi Chemical Co., Ltd. This marked a significant step in expanding the business into high-quality raw materials.
Launched new brands: "Mook Mung Korn" (Organic-Chemical) and "Mai Tawan" (Chemical), continuing with the OEM production model.
Rebranding: Consolidated all brands—PNR, Mook Mung Korn, and Mai Tawan—under the single unified brand name "Parich" to establish a unique identity and strengthen brand equity.
Established the first production factory in Nakhon Luang District, Ayutthaya, by leasing space from the Agricultural Cooperative Federation of Thailand. This marked the beginning of developing in-house production capabilities.
Relocated to a new permanent factory on company-owned land. The facility features a 15,000 square meter warehouse and a total production capacity of 140,000 tons per year, ready to support market growth in Thailand and the ASEAN region.
